Why I am Unable to Open Attachments in Yahoo Mail?

There are several reasons behind not opening attachments in Yahoo mail. Some possible causes are- Access to the temporary files folder is currently unavailable in Yahoo Mail. If your antivirus is blocking attachments, try temporarily disabling it to resolve the issue. Another possible cause is that the temporary folder already contains email files with the same name as the attachment you are trying to save.

Apply some manual tricks to fix cannot open attachments in Yahoo Mail issue-

1. Update Web Browser

2. Restart Computer

3. Disable Anti-Virus

4. Install Adobe Reader

5. Disable Browser Plugins
