DematR is a complete paperless solution, especially for letters and invoices, from the scan to the information storage.
OCR (Optical Character Recognition) is used to extract the textual elements of the scanned picture for the next steps (ADR, ADV and Automatic Indexing)
ADR (Automatic Document Recognition), especially for invoices, is used to recognize document templates already known where specific areas have been identified to convey information.
ADV (Automatic Document Viewing) is used to read information into documents (date, order number and amounts on an invoice for example).
Integration consists in associating to a business application (e.g. invoices processing or application letters processing) the processing of a paperless element.
The video coding allows to seize or to confirm index/metadata manually by viewing the scanned document. Indexing consists in associating manual or automatic indexes to the scanned document.
