SAPAL connector moves the files from SAP to the folder in Alfresco with the metadata in a synchronized way.
Technically, this solution offers a servlet that is deployed in an application server (WAS), available from SAP and that is able to access Alfresco by webservices.
The access to this servlet is possible by the proper configuration of a SAP repository, of an Archivelink ambit and pointing the same servlet. The parameters transfer between SAP and Alfresco will minimized the times that accesing SAP is unnecesary and that reduce the system efficiency.
