A.A.A.R. install using mysql user other than root

Hello everyone,
I am trying to install A.A.A.R. with mysql cluster.
For some reasons, I am not allowed to use root for mysql, so I created another mysql user=pentahouser that has full permission to database AAAR_DataMart and AAAR_Kettle.
According to this page (http://fcorti.com/alfresco-audit-analysis-reporting/aaar-how-to-install/aaar-install/) , I pressed INSTALL A.A.A.R. button, the log in catalina.out showed that

Access denied for user 'pentahouser'@'%' to database 'mysql'

It looks like it needs permission to 'mysql' database.
Does anyone know what it reads/writes to 'mysql' database?
or do I need more permissions on the other databases?

Hi Thomas.

Which version of AAAR/Pentaho are you using?

As you are imagining this issue is related to the authentication/authorization for sure, but we need to understand in which task exactly.

Is there any reason for not using the latest Alflytics version?

Alflytics - The Open Source Business Intelligence solution over Alfresco - Francesco Corti

I mean, I usually recommend to use the latest (and the greatest).
