Access ECM with Adroid App

Hello everybody.

Has anyone had experience with the Android App? Browser access works internally and externally without any problems. The app can be used to connect to the server, but the authentication message says, "You can not access this server. Please check your account settings."

System: Alfresco Community 5.1.0 (r122274-b3)
AuthenticationChain: alfrescoNtlm and passthru

I do not know where to look right now, does anyone have an idea?
