Alfresco 7.3.1 Community/Docker - Authentication for Alfresco Admin Console Issue

Deploying Alfresco 7.3.1 Community Edition using Docker.  The installation seems to be working OK except for the Admin console and webscripts.  

When trying to access the Alfresco admin console or webscripts, I'm not prompted for the user credentials, and the alfresco app returns a 401 error.

Also, I am able to access those URLs if I use a ticket....

i.e.   alfresco/s/admin/admin-nodebrowser?alf_ticket=TICKET_<some value> - works fine

I don't see any errors in the logs.

Any idea what I'm missing?
