Alfresco admins have access to all data. Can we provide similar access to site managers

Alfresco admins have access to all data particularly items deleted by all users. Site Administrators are able to view only items deleted by them in their trashcan. I  need the site admins to be able to view data deleted by all users of same site. Is there any permissionGroup or something similar to make this happen?
