Alfresco is unable to connect

Hello, my alfresco front end gives an error even though the server has been restarted. What could i have done wrong?

I am able to access the files from fileZilla...

Without further information ,I'm not sure what caused this error,by front end ,you mean http://localhost:8080/alfresco or share?
You can access the files from fileZilla? means you can access files  in the repository through ftp protocol?

Can you attachment your tomcat logs here?
