Alfresco suddenly can't log in

Dear All Alfresco Senior,

I've got an issue with my Alfresco Server. My Alfresco Server can't log in after a week without activity. It says

"Your authentication details haven't been recognized or Alfresco Content Services may not be available at this time."

Here's the Screenshot :

I try to stop alfresco.sh but it says that tomcat and PostgreSQL not running. 

does everybody have the same problem like me?

Please help me.

This information is not enough to help you out.

However, you can start the server and see if any error occurs during the start.

Please mention the error logs.

I'd like to give the logs, but which log I should provide? because there are too many logs inside Alfresco.

Is it catalina.out?

You can also check alfresco.log.
