AOS in Alfresco 5.2.0

Hi!

We have a problem opening document in MS Office 2010 in share. Browser says that office not suported, however according to documentation it should work (Prerequisites for using Alfresco Office Services | Alfresco Documentation)

What could be a problem?

Hi:

Some basic questions about your env:

- Is this for Community edition or for Enterprise Edition ? If you are an Enterprise customer you can use the partner channel too.

- Do you have a SSL secured setup for your Alfresco installation ? Do you use https in the url ? 

- Is it a general issue for all MS-Office documents ?

- Is it happening with all browsers and versions of MS-Office in your company ?

- What browser do you use ?

We finally found a problem! Turns out we used old version of MS Office. Once we made all updates it started working.
