Best approach to configure/edit share-config.xml file deployed using helm

I´m currently working with Alfresco Content Services Community edition deployed with kubernetes and now I need to make some changes to the share-config.xml file as part of my configuration. I´ve been able to edit the alfresco-global.properties file with java-opt in the values file, however I´ve not been able to figure out how to best edit the xml file.

 

So i have one question, What is the best way to persist configurations in a Kuberentes cluster with deployment done using Helm?
