Best performance for querying data in Alfresco

Hi Guys!

 

I need to query a set of two specific aspects for approx. 2.5 million documents and write the metadata into a CSV file.

 

Which is the best way doing that with Alfresco? Shall I use CMIS, a Webscript or a background action?
