Are you able to reach that document using the Node Browser?

If you can, then check its details, and see if the renditions for preview and thumbnails are there.

I am not sure if this is related or not, but you have lots of errors related with alfrescoReporting. I guess this is a custom module developed by you.

And just to understand, when did the error started to appear?

Have you installed any addon recently?

Isn't there by any chance that it had removed your files?

I am asking this because I don't know the behaviour for when it detects infected files, but I think it is worth checking for this.

Well, most of the members here use their free time to help others here, so you have to be patient, or try to figure out by yourself... not willing to be rude, but that is the truth.
