Can't Previewed Document

Hi,

I have tried alfresco community version 6.2 running on ubuntu version 18.04 there were no problems, but when I tried alfresco community version 5.2 I couldn't preview the document. anyone can help me solve this problem?

Hello,

Can you read any error message in the system logs files related to the transformation subsystem?
