Customize Email template

I would like to include the text of the blog's body in the notification email of the blog.
I have modified the file "notify_blog_email_it.html.ftl"
<p>Body:  ${args.documentName}.  </p>                                          
I do not know the values of the variable "args" to print the text of the body

How you have configured  send mail action?Using rule?
