Desktop Sync Mac OS connection error

Hello,

I am trying to connect Desktop Sync 1.9 for Mac OS to my Alfresco installation.

The installation is on a remote Windows Server and I can connect just fine via the browser (using OpenVPN and pointing to the server IP).

However I am unable to connect Desktop Sync, using the same IP. 

The error received is:

"The operation couldn't be completed. RESTException"
