I'm not to shue what do you want to do.
To upload the zip file read the documentation ferther:
Just to check the folder you can use node browser. The path '/sys:system/sys:downloads' placed in the 'workspace://SpacesStore' store. The noderef is 'workspace://SpacesStore/downloads_container'.
