email script for every 15 days

Dear Team,

I need to send mail to one user from site, in every 15 days .this mail is send when some files still remains in folder.

i have this script , but i don't know how to send it on every 15 days.and also send if files are still remains in folder.

Please refer above script.

var mail = actions.create("mail");
mail.parameters.to = "abc@gmail.com";
mail.parameters.subject = "new Review Task";
mail.parameters.text = "A document awaiting your approval at Alfresco";
mail.execute(document);
