Extract files from alfresco to localhost

Is there a possibility to extract files from alfresco and to put the extracted files to a localhost?

Im using CMSWorkbench already..

Hi:

You can use Alfresco as a webdav, FTP or CIFS mount point for extracting files. 

Also, there exists a Bulk Export Tool:

How about using CMIS workbench?

Hi,

I have not experienced CMIS workbench but since it uses CMIS API's it should be able to extract, i have used open CMIS API for extracting repository files.
