The answer to "Can Alfresco be integrated with..." is almost always "Yes" if the thing you want to integrate with has an open API. It's always just a matter of time and money.

You might do a Google search to find out if someone has already done the integration. You should also check http://addons.alfresco.com to see if someone has listed an existing integration with ServiceNow.
