How can i integrate Alfresco Community with keycloak

Hello,

i am a newbie in alfresco, i need to use my keycloak server as authentication server of alfresco community installation using docker-compose.

how this can be done, what is the suitable method and what is the difference between 

External Authentication and this addon https://github.com/Acosix/alfresco-keycloak
