How do I add a Matomo JavaScript tracking code to Alfresco Share v5.2.2 with Alfresco Enterprise v5.2.2?

We recently were trying to get Web Analytics on all of our sites used internally via the Matomo. I have set up the tracking code with our other applications, but cannot figure out how to get the tracking code on each page within Alfresco.
