How to add metadata and search that properties

From past 2 weeks i'm doing metadata search but can't find any solution to it 

i need to search document that shows me metadata properties so how it is possible in alfresco share community edition

First Thing is you have to make your metadata indexable using index=true in content model.

Once that is done, edit share-config-custom.xml file and either create new advance search form or add your properties in existing advance search forms.
