How to edit permissions on file upload?

Hi!

I just got an internship where they want me to learn alfresco. There are nobody who are using it here, and i feel like the online resources are limited. The thing i want to do is when a specific user uploads a file, his/hers rights to delete and create new files should be removes, and only left with the basic consumer rights, but i cant find out HOW to do it, and my superior told me the forum was a great place to ask. I thought of making a rule when a file enters the folder, run custom webscript,  but i dont know where  and what to code.

You can achieve this by writing behaviors/policies or rules on folder.
