How to get peoples password ?

I'm using alfresco 5.2. I have got a problem. How to get password of peoples to I'm using alfresco rest API ?.

You can not get the password of any user, as its kind of confidential detail.It should noe be disclosed using apis. But you can reset the password using admin user.
