how to take backup of alfresco share

Hi,

I'm new to this topic, don't know how to take backup of files folders and user backup

Please provide some guide or steps should I follow while taking backup

You can use this Alfresco Backup Script for Linux Instance Support | ContCentric 

For restoring a backup you must follow the standard Alfresco restore steps.
