the easiest way would be using WebDav (using Alfrescos WebDav implementation) or the bulk import tool (Using the Bulk Import tool | Alfresco Documentation )

I agree that if you just need to copy the files over then using WebDAV, as Martin suggest, is easiest.

There are many ways to do it. For example, have you looked at Apache ManifoldCF? It can be used for moving objects between SharePoint and Alfresco.

For a commercial product that does real-time migrations even while both repositories are actively being used, take a look at Simflofy.

...just to be shure - are you talking about ms SharePoint or just a Shared Network drive?

If you use a shared network drive, probably the fastest aprox is to mount this shared drive in Alfresco server and to use bulk import tool. If you have Sharepoint, you need to export first your Sharepont drive to another drive via SPIEFolder API for example.

Also, here is a commercial SharePoint bulk export tool called SPlistX: Export documents and lists from SharePoint 2016/2013/2010/2007/2003 and Office 365 using SPListX

You can use that tool to dump files and metadata out of SharePoint, then do some scripting to adjust the format to work with the Bulk File System Import Tool into Alfresco.

It is not free but here is a free trial.
