How to troubleshoot creating content models

Alfresco Custom Datalist | FIKA 

I'm following the link above to create custom data list. I executed all steps listed, but the new data list type not appear in the list of available data list types in Share user interface. How can I troubleshoot creating custom content type and data list?

Is seems that reason was that I named bootstrap file as xml.sample. When I renamed it to be just xml everything worked like sharm.
