i can't open alfresco share

when i open in localhost, it was a pop up : the remote device or reseource won't accept the connection

Is the port actually correct (check Tomcat server.xml for HTTP connector)? Did the service actually start correctly (check alfresco.log/share.log/ catalina log files)?
