In Alfresco Share what is the default maximum number of versions a document may have, major, minor etc.?

We are using the Alfresco Community version. I can't find it documented how many versions a document may have. I know I can have major and minor versions but how many?

Hi,

I reckon that there is no limit.

I would think there has to be some kind of imposed limit. If it were a 32bit integer for the major number and a 32 bit integer for the minor number that would be ridiculous in practical terms. I'm not a programmer so I don't know where to look in the code. But do they not have a restriction for display purposes, etc?
