Inbound email configuration not working through email but it is working using Tunderbird
I am able to send email with documents by using tunderbird application, but instead i want to do the same process by using email. what is the issue of that and let me know is there any solution for that.

When you are using Thunderbird, are you configuring Thunderbird to connect directly to Alfresco's SMTP listener?
If so, the question you are asking is really about mail routing. You are trying to understand how your corporate mail servers can route mail to the Alfresco SMTP listener. Have you set up an MX record for your Alfresco server?
