inserting old databace content to new database

I restored a backup database on the 1-June-2021, this backup had 3 months of data lost, and 3 days later, restored a new backup with the 3 months lost data, now this new restore loses the 1st to 3rd June data in the database.

However, I took a backup of the database with three months of data lost and the new data from 1st to 3rd June

Problem:

How do I sync or insert the 3 days data into the newly restored database?

You cannot. In order of do a properly backup, you should do make it of your database and content store. Both should be sync. If you don't have both sync, then Alfresco won't recognize those data (assuming you are restoring only in your database).
