Install problem 201707-win-x64

Error received:

There has been an error.
Error running initdb.exe - U SYSTEM -E UTF8 -D "C:/ALFRES~1/alf_data/POSTGR~1"Smiley Tonguerogram ended with an

error exit code

The application will exit now.

Received this error when trying to do a clean install to a Brand New Window Server 08 r2 installation. (8-gigs of ram, 60 gig hardrive space) this server runs on VMWare so is virtualized.

This happens about 1/3 of the way through Alresco setup.
