I've deployed alfresco 6.0 to a company, they have sites of every department within organiztion, now to the problem they're facing, they have created multiple rules on folder
rule 1. if items are updated with tag groupHead simple workflow is added on a file, which approve move the document to group head folder.
rule 2. if items are updated with tag departmentHead simple workflow is added on a file, which approve move the document to department head folder.
first they upload a file and then update it by tag. However if they select a wrong tag with file, they can't update it, means instead of groupHead they select departmentHead tag which add a workflow on file. Now if they unselect a tag or replace it with the other the workflow don't change. when a user approve the file it will goes to department Head folder instead of group head folder. What to do?
