Missing buttons

Alfresco 5.2 CE

Hi i got a problem
when trying to create a site the buttons create and cancel are missing from the form, how to get them back ?

Can you inspect JavaScript errors by using "Developer Tools" tab in your browser?

this is what i get in the java console (think it this one: TypeError: this.win is null this one is pops up when cliking on create site)
