Model Manager create button missing

Is my install broken?

Model Manager does not display "Create / Cancel" buttons. 

Either my install is broken or the feature is reserved for the Enterprise edition.

Is there a way to create custom permissions / or roles? 

I would like to be able to use 

• Editor - has rights to edit file properties and check files in and out; they cannot create their own content.

Hi:

The feature is NOT only for Enterprise Edition. The users are able to see the Model Manager page if they belong to ALFRESCO_MODEL_ADMINISTRATORS group.

Some time ago we had a similar problem with those buttons. It was related to a CSS problem with an old applied Alfresco theme. Once I deactivated my custom theme, I got the buttons again.

On the other hand, Editor role may be used under any folder or document with the "Manage permissions" action.

I must have broke it when I removed the footer. Thanks for the clue

As for the "editor" role it does not appear at the folder level when using the manage permissions level.

I would like a role that forces the documents to be checked in and out.

Hi Jeffrey:

Editor role is not a site role, but it is a repository role. You can apply it in repository folders, not under Sites (I'm checking with Alfresco CE 201602GA).
