please recommend me a learning path to make good use of alfresco

hi, i am new with alfresco and in general with tomcat, java, etc. i am using alfresco in the company that i work for and i see a lot of potential in the system. i would like to know if someone can recommend me a learning path to follow in order to use, modify and adapt alfresco to our needs. i have a lot of free time and will to follow this path. regards Yohan
