Preview the attached document along with workflow task form

How to preview the attached document on the workflow task form along with task form properties?

You need to customize packgeitems.ftl and create new form field template , this is the file which is responsible for rendering the document.There can be multiple document attached with workflow task , so i think it will be better to have preview button over there.On click of which it will open the preview in new tab.
