Problem Size: Converting Document at PDF/A (label.transformInPdfA)

We use label.transformInPdfA , we recently started having a problem with the PDF/A label

When we place a document in the standard A4 size, it remains normal, however, when it comes to scanned documents, when converting, it cuts the document, as it is converting to A4 paper.

Where can we configure it?
