Problem to filter the GED, the documents are attached but the filter does not find

The document filter is not working in the GED, it does not search the documents that are in the system.
could someone help me?
the same happened after a certificate expiration...
The certificate was renewed by SECTIGO but after that the filter is not working as it should..
