Retrieve document link via API

How to retrieve the link/url of any document , wiki, blog in any site in ACS.

I am using the Rest API Wrapper classes to retrieve the same.

Which api can give me the document url, so that i can redirect the user to the Alfresco UI on the same document page

Note: I need to redirect user and not to download the content.
