RM Admin Tools how to open

Good morning....

I have a noob question but i wont find how to open RM Admin Tools;

I'm looking on documentation but it's not work fine to me...

i'm use alfresco community 5.2

i'm logged on administrator and not have a menu about that...

Are you sure it has been installed? To check, in Share create a site, look at the Type dropdown - there should be an option, Records Management Site. If that's not visible, then it's not been installed.

omfg!! have a method to fix it?

I need to create new roles and edit an existent roles...
