Share advanced search: have search criteria with OR conditions

Hello to everyone,

I'm asking the web if is it possible to have search criteria with OR Conditions in the share advanced search page, I use Alfresco Community 7.0.

I need let the user type some criteria and the generated query should be something like this:

prop1: someValue AND prop2: anotherValue AND (prop3: a OR prop3: b OR prop3:c)

Another situation will be just 

prop3: a OR prop3: b OR prop3:c

What are the best practices to have this done?

You can achieve this but how you will get idea, which property needs to be used with OR consition?
