Please, I have one question

Is it possible to check via rules in alfresco share, if document is digitally signed?

Hii,
I haven't implemented this but in Alfresco we can create our own java back-end custom action and use that custom action on documents/folders as our custom rule.
So I guess you can create your own custom rule and try it.
