Hi to all,
I've followed smart working tutorial and succesfully create a smart folder.
Inside of it i cannot see any content, even if in the parent folders i have plenty of odt, pdf, jpg files.
In the parent folder called "Prova1" i have plenty of odt, pdf, jpg files but in all smartfolder's subdir I cannot see anything.
I'm missing something?
Thanks!
Have you confirmed that whatever query you are using to define your smart folders works when executed from the node browser?
How could I do that? Is a how-to provided on the alfresco documentation?
Ok, I've tried with the node browser. It seems to have problem with variables.
If i run a simple query like
=cm:content.mimetype:application/pdf AND =cm:modifier:admin
it shows me the documents i expect.
If i change the query to
=cm:content.mimetype:application/pdf AND =cm:modifier:%CURRENT_USER%
like it's setted in smartFoldersExample.json the result is:
03180086 line 1:41
no viable alternative at input '='
(decision=17 state 37) decision=<<445:1: ftsTest : ( ( ftsFieldGroupProximity )=> ftsFieldGroupProximity -> ^( PROXIMITY ftsFieldGroupProximity ) | ( ftsRange )=> ftsRange -> ^( RANGE ftsRange ) | ( ftsFieldGroup )=> ftsFieldGroup -> ftsFieldGroup | ( ftsTermOrPhrase )=> ftsTermOrPhrase | ( ftsExactTermOrPhrase )=> ftsExactTermOrPhrase | ( ftsTokenisedTermOrPhrase )=> ftsTokenisedTermOrPhrase | LPAREN ftsDisjunction RPAREN -> ftsDisjunction | template -> template );>>
[ftsQuery, ftsDisjunction, ftsImplicitDisjunction, ftsExplicitConjunction, ftsPrefixed, ftsTest]
any hints?
The node browser doesn't know how to handle variables.
Can you post your smart folder JSON?
it's the default smartFoldersExample.json
nothing?
