SOLR Indexing issue

SOLR has successfully connected to your repository  however the SOLR indexes and repository database do not match - I am getting the above error when i try to upload a file to ALFRESCO server through CMIS. The first version is getting created successfully. But the next version on wards the file upload is failing and creating a file of 0 bytes on the ALFRESCO server. Can anyone help me on this please.

I guess it's better if you move this post in ECM content service section. It sounds not ADF related
