To display the users and groups of a site in the custom metadata dropdown

Hello.I have created a custom model. I have installed the uploader plus amp to get custom metadata form while uploading a document. It is working fine. I want to add users and groups metadata(combo box) to the custom model which I have created. I want to display all the existing users and groups of the site in the custom metadata(users and groups). Someone please help me. Thanks in advance.
