Update cm:created and cm:modified dates in DB (6.2)

How can I update the "cm:created" and "cm:modified" dates in database in Alfresco 6.2? I checked the "alf_qname" table and there are the "local_name" values "frozenCreated" and "frozenModified". When I checked the "alf_node_properties" for a node by its node_id, I can see other props, but there aren't any rows for these qname_ids. In which table and how can I fetch and change these values for a given node id?
