upgrading 5.2 to 6.2 community

I am having problems with user groups imported from 5.2. I am able to login, and look through the share, but I have problem with visible groups and current user permissions. The user I logged in as, could not see everything i can in the live site could see. After I logged in a few days later, I could not see any user groups.

I am doing manual installation of alfresco.

Did anyone have any of these issues?

Be sure you've configured SOLR 6 with cross locale support:
