UTF-8 character problem

I'm using alfresco 5.2. I have got o problem. Turkish characters look like ? in the footer of the index page.
There is a UTF-8 problem in this section. how can i solve this problem ?

Hi:

This label is extended in some properties file.

One thing you can do is to write your label with your non UTF8 characters in one file, and then to apply native2ascii program to this property file.

I did it like you said but unchanged.

native2ascii should convert your original file. Replace the original file with the resulting file and then restart Alfresco.

In that case, you can try to start Alfresco with -Dfile.encoding=UTF8
